MOHAA problems

MOHAA crashes on the first level at exactly the same time (the first time you have to open a door and i think someone shouts 'ambush!) EVERYTIME i play it whatever settings i use. ive tried everything but i cant get it to work, my system is definately good enough, and i run GTA3 max payne, rtcw, DeuxEx and other games and have never had ANY problems at all.

Does anyone else have problems with mohaa? any suggestions would be really great.
