[SOLVED] Molex To SATA adapters

Hello people. i have quick question, my EVGA PSU is failed on me, but i got a back up corsair cx750m semi modular PSU. My problem, i cant find SATA cable for cx750, i only have Molex. So i found these adapters Molex to SATA. My question, is it safe to power 240GB SSD and 1TB HDD by using this adapters?? i put a link. (i ordered two)

yes these are safe for use on devices Molex is meant to power. HDD, SSD, fans and lights.

this is a simple power adapter from 4 pins to 15.

FYI - NEVER use an adapter for the GPU. Molex to PCIe adapter are a fire hazard and should be avoided at all costs

Yeah. Those are the nicer ones (no wires) if you have enough room to use them.

nice. i cant find SATA cable for my modular cx750m, only molex. and its a pretty much new PSU, only missing sata wire. nobody sell original Corsair PSU wires

If it were a new PSU, it would come with two SATA cables.

Either it's not really new, or you lost the cables.

oh crap lol i already got these adapters today, looks like everything is working. wish i saw your link before.

should i still get the original sata cable? for me, as long as SSD and HDD getting proper power, im ok with that.
