I'm informed that molex (4 pin) connector max wattage is typically 11A * 12V = 132W.

However, on my PSU, the three availavble molex connectors are all on the same cable.

From my limited knowledge of power circuits, that would imply to me that any of the molex connectors ought to be capable of 3 x the rated wattage for one connector (assuming each is capable of handling 11A) so long as I don't connect the others. It's an EVGA 600W white - don't have the PSU product number on hand but I assume EVGA's a pretty reputable PSU supplier.

Is this true, or have I missed some subtlety?

These days PC PSU have power available to each RAIL (set of cable) labeled. That single set of cable can deliver X watt maximum no matter how many splits it has. As long as the TOTAL hook-ups don't exceed this X number you are good.
