cpu running at 35c under medium loads and indervidual cores showing around 25c (will OC when rest of fans arive)
GPU around 40C idle may OC if stable

this system seemed the best i could do for £1,300 all just fits into the case so if anyone wnats to make a top end normal size PC i would recomend these parts

Its pretty good, but I would have gone with WD6401AALS HDD's instead because they are larger and faster, usually only a few dollars more, but idk what prices are like in the UK.

If that is a Thermaltake Toughpower PSU, then its a good one, but they are usually more expensive than others for similar quality.

Overall looks pretty decent, I'm impressed you got a 4870x2 in there for that price.

Windows vista experience index doesn't go high enough for most systems, it's only high enough to really evaluate low end prebuilts. My computer would probably score a 10's if it went that high...its kinda meaningless when you get into the enthusiast systems.
