monitor advice please

I am thinking about buying a Sylvania TF 721 Computer Monitor (specs at http://www.sylvaniapc.com/1Products/Specs/TF721.html )

Costco is selling it for $150. Is this a good monitor and is this a good price for it? thank you.

I haven't heard much about this company in the computer industry - I think they're fairly new. They've been in electronics for a little while.
