Question Monitor broken? Or other issue?

Hi,

I purchased a 49" CRG90 Curved QLED DQHD Gaming Monitor just under 3 months ago. I purchased a new computer 1 month ago (GeForce 3080, Ryzen 9 5900x). About 2 weeks ago my Monitor started acting up at random times. First while playing Far Cry 5, then on start up, when browsing youtube and twitch, on discord, and during other games (and now while writing this post).

Second video - can see red line when PC restarts

Third video - can see the horizontal lines change when I move the window

The white horitzontal lines disappear when I unplug the monitor. The red vertical ones do not.

What I have done:
Tried to force the issue with a stress test - issue occurred half way through.
Connected the PC to my old monitor and performed a stress test - no issue
Changed cables (HDMI and Display Port) - no change
Reset the monitor factory settings - no change
Reinstalled display drivers - no change
Reinstalled monitor firmware - no change


Is the monitor broken and in need of replacing or is this another issue?

Looks like time to RMA the unit or get a service call.
