Do I need to calibrate my monitor for editing photos occasionally with adobe photoshop and lightroom ?
monitor model: Asus VX229h 1080p 22" IPS panel
And if calibration is essential, what's the easiest way to do it?
I'm Not that serious about color accuracy..just want minimum accuracy and I don't use pc for photo editing that much. but I do use basic tools of photoshop and adobe lightroom.
Start with one of the monitor calibration websites. They put up test images and you can tweak the settings on your monitor. I have a Spyder calibration device. It is pretty simple to use but costs a few $$$.
