Hello,
My display is blurred and has vertical stripes (like artifacts) since the moment I plugged it to my old, faulty GPU. Recently I found my old HD 6850 and I knew it couldn't display properly (artifacts etc.), so I tried to fix it. After few attempts I wanted to check results so I've entered to bios to change primary display source from onboard to PCIe finally, there was display with artifacts instead of "No signal" or "Out of range 90/60hz". I've plugged the monitor to the 2nd DVI port on GPU to see if it might be better. After a few seconds of black screen, blurred "No signal" has appeared. So I replugged it to the 1st DVI port and bios screen returned but not only with artifacts but blurred and unreadable. I've unplugged everything from the monitor and same display as it was connected to the faulty GPU and now even with my working HD 6950 inside, screen looks the same. Is there any possibility to fix that or maybe it would disappear?
Monitor: LG W2261V (LCD)
