Monitor Decision Help

I'm building up a pc and wondering if any one can help me on which if these monitors I should get.

PC Specs:

CPU : i7 7700k
GPU : GTX 1070

Any advice on the omen 32 with the gtx 1070 @ 2560x1440 ?

I believe the omen is 2560x1440
Yea saw the one youve listed will the msi gtx 1070 8gb be ok with that display running games such as:
Battlefield 1
Arma 3
Total War Warhammer

But why pay for Freesync? A feature(AMD) it doesn't seem like you(for the OP just to be clear) will use.
