Question Monitor displaying no cable signal

So, basically, every now and then (couple week intervals) my monitor won't be able to get a signal from my computer. I know it's not my graphics card or my monitor, as the same issue occurs with different monitors, different ports on my GPU and also when I use the HDMI slot on my motherboard. I am not sure what is causing this and it is very frustrating to deal with. Usually I just leave it for a bit and it is working again but I really want to stop this from happening. Any suggestions would be appreciated
Edit:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H
Ram: Ballistix Sport 8gb DDR4
SSD/HDD: WD Blue 1tb, WD Green 120gb
GPU: Radeon R9 290
PSU: Thermaltake litepower 550W, got it new like 3 months ago
OS: Windows 10, I think the latest version
Monitors: Philips something, I am sorry I forgot and a Bauhm tv

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers(for both the discrete and the onboard). You should also list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitors:

Include the age of the PSU and the version of the OS you're on, if Windows 10.
