Question Monitor doesn't get signal if turned on after computer is turned on. HELP!

If I turn my computer on first and then the monitor, the monitor never gets a signal. If I turn the monitor on first and then the computer I do get a signal.

What's causing the issue of no signal detect when monitor is turned on secondly?

gpu probably go on idle when it can't detect a connection to a monitor
