So i got a Gigabyte M32U and a RTX 3080TI.I am using Display port to play games.For a month or more i noticed when i swicth on or off light,ceiling fan sometime the monitor display would turn off and after a second display turns on.This flickering is very random and i have not been able to replicate the issue everytime i wanted else i'd contact a technician and fix it.The monitor flickers sometime but the pc runs fine.Dont have any problem with my pc just the display.I dont have any UPS.Can it damage my pc anyway?Any helps is appreciated.

Issue: Either poor EMI shielding or brownout.

UPS will fix the brownout issue, given that you hook your monitor and PC to UPS. And not just any UPS, but proper one (true/pure sine wave, line-interactive with built-in AVR).
Fixing EMI is more complicated and depends if you want to add more EMI shielding or replace the EMI source to a better shielded device.

Can it damage my pc anyway?

Yes.

Whatever is interfering with your monitor (EMI or brownout), it isn't healthy for monitor to flicker/turn off when monitor itself doesn't want that. It reduces the lifespan of your monitor.

So i bought a gigabyte m32u monitor 2 months ago and it was running fine.But for a month i'm noticing 2 weird things;
1) One is my M32U was originally connected via display port.Ocassionally when i would turn of ceiling fan or switch the fan regulator monitor would flicker and display would just go away for 1 sec and come back.I thought it was wiring problem in my house so i brought an eletrician,he said everythings ok,then i bought a good quality Display port cable from amazon.But the problem still didn't go away.
2)I tried using HDMI 2.1 cable it was working well but if i play game for 3-4 hours then turn off pc and restart again it would show my gigabyte ultra durable motherboard and then shows HDMI-no signal.I have to pull out HDMI cable and reset it into another HDMI port of my GPU only then display would come.
I'm at a loss here.I contacted Gigabyte service center but in my country gigabyte service is below average.They told me to record a video when this problem happening and record another video of all the wires component and monitor with package and send it via email.I thought they have onsite warranty for such high end monitors?Edit:I have a Online UPS inverter in my home.Voltage fluctuation doesn't happen in my home.

Hello I brought a Gigabyte M32U 2 months ago.I'm encountering a problem with HDMI 2.1 cable.I got RTX 3080ti.When my computer stays idle for long time it goes in sleep mode and monitor turns off.Then if i click on mouse or keyboard pc starts up again but display on minotr doesn't come.I have to restart pc or Pullout the hdmi cable and reseat it in another hdmi port of my gpu.Also after gaming for few hours if i turn off my pc and restart it it shows Gigabyte ultra durable motherboard> HDMI /no signal on my monitor.

This is actually condescending thing to say.

They told me to record a video when this problem happening and record another video of all the wires component and monitor with package and send it via email.

I suggest that you do it as well. This way, Gigabyte rep can tell better what is going on and determinate if issue is with the monitor (whereby he/she can start the RMA process) or is the issue somewhere else.
