Question Monitor flickering

Hi.
So I have two monitors on my setup, both connected by HDMI to my RX 470.
The problem is, when I connect my first monitor the of the to a specific HDMI port on the GPU, it starts to randomly disconnect, giving some static colorful TV noise (the one you see when there's no channel), sometimes some red noise dots moving around the screen, and red lines, and it randomly disconnects.
My second monitor seems to flicker and give static when connected to that port.
It displays correctly on another computer with the same cables.
Is my GPU dying?

I still haven't solved this, and I can only use 1 monitor for now.

How old is that rx 470? It's likely that the gpu is slowly going out.

I bought it used not too long ago, it actually works nicely on one of the HDMI ports, the other one, is to forget.

Still the same issue, even after reinstalling Windows, I guess I will have to buy a DisplayPort to VGA adapter.
EDIT: No problems anymore, didn't need to change anything, Happy 2021!
EDIT 2023: I'm necroposting this, but the GPU died last year. So R.I.P.
