Monitor for Cheap

Need a monitor suggestion. I'm looking for one that offers at lest HD resolution and won't have much if any screen tearing. Budget is $300. Any ideas help. Just want something better than my tv

Depending on what size so you want, but if you are interested in just 1080, there are plenty of BenQ monitors out there for way below your budget, that are great great monitors

if your in the us that's not hard. something like this is fine if you just want okay colours, 60hz and decent quality
