Question Monitor for FPS

Hello guys!

I'm thinking about a monitor 240hz, 0,5 ms, TN, 1080p to get better results at games like CS:GO.
My setup: I7-9700KF, 2060S, 16GB RAM.

Would you search for a different display profile?

Which monitor model do you have at the moment?
Do you have a size in mind?
I would go with 144Hz tops, since most of us cannot tell the difference above that.
