Monitor For Gaming and Browsing

Hi. I would like to buy a new monitor in the following months, but I can't really decide which one to get. First of all, I will mainly use it for Gaming and surfing the Internet. However, I really want the monitor to have an IPS Panel, at a max. resolution of 1920x1080, great color accuracy, a DisplayPort, good response time (not more than 5ms and no ghosting), Flicker-free technology and a maximum size of 24 inches. My budget varies from 150 to abut 175-180 max. Here are some models that I thought of (AOC I2375PQU 23.8 inches; BenQ GW2406Z). Feel free to name good monitors in this price range or to comment upon the ones I mentioned. Thanks in advance!

Why do you really want an IPS display? If your going to be surfing the web and gaming, a TN panel is much cheaper and will do the job just fine...

The Viewsonic VX2457-MHD and AOC G2460VQ6 are both around $150US and are actually decent for gaming, aswell as surfing the web.
