Question Monitor for gtx 1660

I can’t figure out whether stepping up from a 75hz to a 144hz monitor would be appropriate for a 1660. While it can achieve around 200 FPS on games like CSGO or Minecraft in 1440p it struggles more on more stressful games. Does anyone have any monitor recommendations for me? I prefer 1440 but I’m open to suggestions.
