Monitor for GTX1060

Can I use a freesync monitor with the GTX 1060? Will the freesync monitor give better experience than the normal one? I can't afford the gsync monitor for higher price tag.

The monitor will work, but you won't get the frame syncing that you are after.
For that you have to purchase a gsync capable monitor. Freesync only works with AMD cards.
