Monitor for rx 480 8GB

Solution
What Kronima said. it's not much more expensive than the one you were looking at but ASUS in general has great monitors with exceptional warranties. Especially if you only desire to game in 1080p which in my opinion is perfectly fine and not at all bad like some people who are all about the higher rez try to tell you. But just a word to the wise, even though the monitor specs say it can go up to 75hz that's only with DVI not HDMI. You need HDMI 2.0 to get more than 60hz and I don't think that ASUS monitor supports HDMI 2.0 so if you are going to be using an HDMI cable you will get FPS cap of 60 with v-sync/freesync. But if you are fine with that (which I would be) then you have nothing to think about.

-EDIT-
Regular old HDMI can't go higher than 60hz. HDMI 1.2 can but you have to make sure you have an HDMI 1.2 compliant cable to get that 75hz.

I play a bit of evertyhing tbh, (fps, rpgs, tps, turn based) and btw the budget is around that price.

That asus is twice expensive than viewsonic's where i live.

I said what I said based off of the links provided. The PCPP link you gave has the viewsonic listed for $140 and the ASUS is listed for $190 which is a $50 dollar difference and I wouldn't say that's twice the price. The only way the price would be drastically different is if you don't live in the United States.

At which point you should let us know what country you are in and your budget so we can better provide a recommendation for a product available to you.

Or unless you are in the U.S. and you found the viewsonic on serious sale in a store somewhere.

How about the Acer R240HY? IPS panel will give more vibrant colors.

edit: if you don't care about freesync that is, if it's a must have, I still recommend the monitor I linked earlier
