Question Monitor freezing but PC still working ?

I had this problem a few month back where my monitor would freeze like in the photo and when I reinstalled windows it seemed to fix it till now. I have tried to reinstall windows again but it hasn’t worked this time. The pc is still working fine on my second monitor. I have tried a different cable that also didn’t work. This has happened both times when I didn’t use my pc for over a week, my guess is that it’s the monitor that needs repaired but just asking on here in case it’s a simple DIY fix.

RAM: 64GB DDR5/6000mhz Corsair Dominator Platinum
MB: MSI MAG X670E TOMAHAWK
Monitor: MSI G274QPX

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU. What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? You state reinstalling the OS, did you install said OS in offline mode, manually installing all relevant drivers in an elevated command?
