Question Monitor Freezing When On Computer

Hello, I am fairly new to PCs as this is my first one that I bought. On September of 2019, I bought a pre-built PC (specs down below) and ever since I had bought it, I have had a freezing issue on my monitor. I have updated my drivers, checked for malware, and done a factory reset on my pc. I believe it might be software or a bad part. When my monitor (or pc) freezes, I can't click anything or type. There is no beeping coming from my pc and I don't believe it is overheating because I checked my temperature on the SpeedFan program. It happens while gaming, watching twitch or even just browsing google. Sorry if I am a little vague as this is my first PC problem. Thank you.
