[SOLVED] Monitor ghosting when response time is set to "high"

Hi , so i bought LG 25UM58-P and there is this option in the settings menu "response time" by default is set to "Middle"
When i set it to "High" there is this ghosting thing as people call it happening .
Is this normal like , there should be no such thing i was thinking .
GPU - GTX 760 Palit JetStream 2gb

It is what it is. If it doesn’t work set the monitor to standard settings
