Monitor goes blank for a few seconds with a click/tick sound then goes back to normal.

Hello, guys. I'm currently having a small issue about my computer. I hear a click/tick/pop sound then my monitor goes black for a few seconds and it goes back to normal. It only happens once per boot, at around 10-15 mins after startup. I bought a new monitor and it still happens so I think that it might be my videocard which is also new. I've never experienced this issue before until I've installed my GTX 1050 Ti. I tried monitoring my voltage using HWMonitor but nothing seems to be out of the blue. I've also read that it might be windows resetting my Videocard so I need to set PCIe as a first boot device but I'm afraid to touch anything in my bios. I don't mind this happening but I'm worried that it might worsen in the future, please help.

Fixed it by switching cord with a ground and plugging it a different outlet on my AVR.
