Monitor goes loses signal after windows logo

For a couple of months it was working perfectly fine random bsod but fixed when I re installed a new windows.
Suddenly my monitor loses signal after windows logo but I can still here the windows sound as if its still working. Sometimes the gfx card blows its fan really hard but its not over heating.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and still the same problem.
I've also took out the gfx and ram and placed it back in and still.

Is this your primary or secondary monitor? Have there been any recent changes in config?
