I guess this is my last resort here..
So recently I've started getting these random crashes. Both of my monitors lose signal, keyboard and mouse lose rgb, pc case and fans rgb stays on and after a while pc just reboots without a bluescreen I thought its bad nvidia drivers but it happened with several drivers as well. I tested the psu used another gpu, reseated ram, tried the other ram slots, did every benchmark and stress test and everything passed smoothly with great temps. Looked through google and reddit for similar cases but couldnt find any solutions. The most frustrating part is that it goes like a week without any crashes or etc and just crashes randomly it doesnt matter if i am doing nothing or playing games it happened in both scenarios. Windows, bios, chipset and every other driver is up to date.
X670e mag tomahawk, 9800x3d, 5080, 1000w 80+ psu(fortron fsp vita gm) , kingston 2x32 at 6000 mt/s. PSU voltages are stable, power saving is on balanced. So I don't really know what to test anymore what's left is probably the power outlets in my house because I've moved to a different room. I'd really love any feedback or anything, much love
It happened with stock bios settings and with enabled features. Now I have expo on with auto settings, x3d mode on, pbo and curve optimizer on -10 (might be 15 or 20 I'm not sure).
It happened with mcr on/off/auto / pde was on auto all the time. From the picture between 22 may and the last crash both of these settings were on auto. Now I enabled them both after the last crash couple minutes ago.
Also the system is new, the parts have warranty but I don't think something is faulty. Also, I can't leave the PC to a technician to check because I use it daily for work as well. Any advice I'd appreciate it a lot.. I also can't really check if something fixed it because the crashes are random and I can't replicate the issue.
From my digging I've found that most people have the same issue after restart or sleep but I can restart it just fine. I use the same case from my old pc (which I cleaned and dusted) and use one old drive which is at around 93% health last I checked. Other drives are new 1 nvme (windows) 1 ssd and 1 more nvme. I know that screenshot doesnt mean anything it just says that the system crashed unexpectedly. Also I feel like there is not something I haven't tried.. I'm willing to pay if somehow one of you manages to fix my problem because I can't even enjoy my new system..
I updated today to latest Windows update. The pc ran about 15 hours through gaming/work/idle time and crashed like an hour ago. (turned mcr and pde to auto again).
Could it be because I had my gpu fans on auto? I just set a fan curve and gonna check again ( I highly doubt it has anything to do with it tho..)
(happened with that too)
