Monitor "half low" part of monitor

Hi i have a gl2460 monitor, and got new hardware (cpu, motherboard and rams). and ever since the monitor rarely but very rarely it blinks only half of the monitor the low part. at first i tought it was the game but i left without gaming and still happens.

The blink is faded btw.

i used obs to record the blink or flick, but when i gona see the video the blink flick dont apear

Check to see if your cable is in all the way and if the cable has any damages. If so, try another cable and see if your problem persists. If that doesn't help, it is most likely an issue with your monitor; probably a loose cable, if it's still under warranty call the manufacturer and arrange an RMA.

Im gon recheck the cable, but is a big coincidence after i get new hardware, the monitor gives this problem.
