Question monitor hardware issue

i have a hardware issue with my monitor that described in the embedded image ( Note : it has not been damaged or knocked , it's just appeared out of nowhere ) , and i can't determine what is the problem with it and how i can fix it , but i am pretty sure that is a hardware issue not software , In fact , I have Tried many other ways to fix it as changing the display port and HdmI tho , but it hasn't fixed

do all onscreen images react the same way, or just this start screen?

have you tried the display with another video output;
another system, cable box, etc?

it looks like damaged goods.
whether it was caused by physical trauma or just a hardware malfunction may be impossible to determine.

i would doubt there is any way to "fix" it.
