Question monitor has colorful dead pixels that keep changing colors, any possible fix ?

so i bought a new 27 inch monitor and im happy with it, but 2 weeks in i realized that there's a bunch of funky pixels, and then my biggest fears of having to deal with a dead pixels came true, but then i realized something weird about them, they look different depends on what is being displayed, (pictures here):

on a white screen :

here how they look like in a blue screen:

and lastly here how they look like in a blackscreen (They sometimes look green for some reason):

is there any possible fix for this ? and what exactly is this ?
