Question Monitor has diagonal lines and dots. See photo.

Hi! I have this old monitor. Like, 10+ years, I guess. A Samsung Syncmaster Ex2020. 21.5 inches.

Wondering what could be the problem? I'm still using it as my secondary monitor since I can still see what's on it. Lol. I'll probably buy a new one once it really dies on me.
Lots of dots, and diagonal lines. I placed a notepad on the screen so you could see it better.
