[SOLVED] Monitor has ghost lines that slowly disappear.

Pls see pics. You can see pics of 3 different timestamps (shows in top right of screen). When the computer is turned on and the monitor is woken from sleep, lines always appear from the bottom, and take approx. 5-10 minutes to completely fade. When looking closely at the lines I can see the have a piece of past information, like those lines are being updated every couple seconds. The longer it isn't turned on, the more lines show up. (If it's off for a week the entire screen is plastered with lines until they fade. This example is just one day of absence.)

Most likely a faulty T-Con or Mainboard in the monitor.
