Question Monitor has weird colors after boot up

Hello, so when I first start my PC everyday my PC have weird noise and after boot up it has some weird colors until I turn 144hz down to 60hz then it goes back to normal. All drivers are up to date and I recently changed my DP cable.

Have you tried updating your GPU drivers?

have you tried another monitor cable?

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (MSI)
CPU: Intel Core i7 8700K
Motherboard: MSI Z370 GAMING M5
RAM: Corsair RED LED 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz
PSU: Corsair VS Builder Series VS650 650W

Monitor
MSI Optix G24C

GPU drivers up to date 456.55
I bought new DP cable problem still exists

Any idea where the "weird noise " is coming from?

Can you try your GPU in another PC?
Can you try another GPU in your PC?

Can you try your monitor opn another PC?
Can you try another monitor on your PC?

Unfortunately I cant test my gpu on other pc or try other monitor

Can you take them to a shop and get them tested?
