Question Monitor is on but no display on screen

Hi, I have BenQ el2870 and it was working perfectly fine until today when I turned it on, and the BenQ logo flashed after that it went black the power Indicator led was still on bit no input from both my console and tv box. I tried keeping it off rewiring etc. But no luck. If anyone can tell what's happened to it. Its not very old It was purchased last year

if you're getting no signal from different sources using different cable inputs then the panel has likely failed.

have you also tried different power cable in different wall socket?

Its not very old It was purchased last year

either contact the retailer purchased from and/or BenQ directly and request an RMA.
