Question Monitor Issue?

I just got a new RTX 3070 from MSI and everything was great until I randomly started having my two monitors go black on me. My keyboard and mouse were still responsive, but before going black the things I was doing on my monitors would freeze up.

I tried the cable connections on all ends, PSU to GPU, display cables to monitors, switching out display cables etc. So I am at a loss to be honest and I am hoping it isn't my new GPU.

It also came with new RAM that I put into the system as well and will be spec'd below.

GPU- MSI RTX 3070 X Trio
CPU- I9-9900k 5.0GHz
MOBO- ASUS PRIME z390-A
RAM- 32GB OLOy WarHawk RGB @ 3200MHz
SSD- 250GB m.2
HDD- 8TB BarraCuda

Yeah its an EVGA 850 B5 80+ fully modular.

It was purchased on July 24th of this year and has been used in my system since.

I'm not trying to bump this thread but I have pretty much narrowed the freezing down to when I am watching media like YouTube and Netflix.
