GPU:
MSI gaming X rx 480 8gb
My Build:

So the picture above shows you what happens to the one monitor but it occurs on all three. It's been happening 2 days out of the past 5 when I turn on my PC cold. I did some research and figured it had to do something with the corruption of the memory. I haven't overclocked anything in my PC and is wondering if my GPU is dying or there is something I can do to fix it. If it is dying how long do I have left.

Thanks,
Gavin

Solution
Try uninstalling the video driver and re-installing. Also try going back a version if that doesn't work.
Try running "sfc /scannow" from a cmd prompt to check for system file integrity.
Run a virus scan.
Reseat the card/Try a different PciE slot.

Anytime a file is written to disk, there is a chance of corruption. Windows updates can be notorious as well.
There isn't really a way to avoid it, just manage it when it occurs. You can usually tell when it's time for management when things start behaving differently.
Did the issue clear up?
