Question Black screen issue ?

Everytime I restart my pc, my monitor goes black after the bios then shuts off with no signal displayed then turns back on after a few seconds to the pin screen, I have no idea why it does this and have reinstalled w11 and reinstalled the drivers twice

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Did you install the OS in offline mode?
