Question Monitor losing DVI signal every time I try to play something.

This just started happening 3 hours ago or so and it's become quite frustrating. My PC will let me watch Youtube in peace and browse reddit for hours, but the moment I try to play anything I.E. MHW or PUBG my monitor immediately loses DVI signal. I've already uninstalled my drivers and re installed them, with zero change.

PC Specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i-5-6500 CPU

Geforece GTX 1060 6GB

16GB RAM

ASUS VG248

h110m pro-d Motherboard

Sufficient power supply

I've been using this set up for about a year now with little to no issues. please help I'm at the end of my rope.
