[SOLVED] Monitor, mouse, and keyboard are non-responsive

I've built this pc, installed windows 10 and everything was looking good, but when i tried to install the ryzen drivers off the website they failed. My AMD Ryzen graphics driver update failed due to code 12. so i tried to install the bios updates off of this website to ensure the motherboard was up to date and that wasn't what was causing the issue. I built the pc without a CD drive so had to install the drivers from this website. I downloaded each BSS file and put them onto a hard drive to flash the bios. After doing them all one after another i restart the PC and now the Monitor doesn't have signal (HDMI connection) so i can't see anything, and the mouse and keyboard don't work either. I've tried clearing the CMOS, turning the pc and disconnecting the power. Nothing is fixing the issue. Has anyone got a suggestion?

Show me the website where you got the drivers at, in the meantime, uninstall those drivers so it will stop crashing.

I got the BSS files from the Biostar website, https://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/ . I can't uninstall the drivers because my screen isn't responding, It just says no signal. Could it be because i'm connected through the HDMI port instead of VGA? i'd have to get a cable to test it.

To be on the safe side, start out with hdmi cable, depending on where you live at.
Go by walmart, ask one of the eletronic clerks for a premium hdmi cable.

Also ask them where to find a vga cable, some walmart stores have them, others don't.
