Question Monitor no display coming from first boot from shut down or from sleep.

When turning my PC on from a shut down or from sleep it will not display anything on the monitor everything is working in the CPU from fans and disk spinning, I only need to turn if off again manually from the power button or unplugging it and turn it on after a few seconds this 2nd boot it will now work 100% of the time. After this 2nd boot no issues with the display while using it even when gaming. The issue is only present from a shut down to first boot or if I put it on sleep and wake it up after an hour or so. I need help since I don't want to boot 2 times every time I need to use it and keeping it on all the time is not really an option.

My system is a HP ProDesk SFF with a Low Profile Quadro Card. I tried turning off the fast startup in the power options as well and also updated my drivers for the Quadro Card but the issue persist.

HP have a number of SSF styles Prodesk's, which one do you have?

Can you check and see if you have BIOS versions pending update?
