Question Monitor no display - power indicator flashing

I have a monitor that suddenly stopped working
It still have power but the light indicator is blinking which is weird as it is not doing that in the past and the color changed to green no backlight as well.

The normal power indicator is red and its only steady and not blinking and the logo when turning the monitor on is not showing up as well. Tried to put the monitor on a different system and nothing changed and tried a different monitor on the main system and its working so i know the monitor is the problem.

Do anyone knows what's causing this problem?
