Computer powers on but there is no signal on the screen,
I have tried to remove all parts 1 by 1 and turn pc back on to listen for beep sounds but nothing all I had left was cpu and psu plugged into the motherboard and had no beep sounds I can turn the pc on using the power button but I cant turn it off manually by holding the power button nothing happens. Its not monitors fault as it works with laptop.
Also it happened before and I just restarted the pc and worked fine, next day it happened right after I turned on steam on my pc and from then it wouldnt turn back on.
As far as the startup goes all the fans work fine and the pc acts like on normal startup no weird beep noises or nothing.

it cant be cable works on other pcs and the computer acts the same when I unplug all the hardware like ram gpu cd rom and hardrive still no strange noise and still acts like nothing happens

nothing works dude and i got no warranty i think as i got this motherboard for like 4 years , idk if it is motherboard issue or powersupply. I cant turn my pc off by pushing the power button and holding it for few seconds. is that motherboard or psu related? also my hardrive led doesnt lit up anymore.

It sounds like you have a couple of dead components. I would scrap most of it and build a new PC and try to use some old parts. If you want to keep it though try a new power supply maybe motherboard and it could the power button on the case. I'm not to sure about this, so don't think this will fix it. I might be wrong and you could waste your money.

The power button works because the machine turns on when it's pressed. Not turning off when it's pressed again could be PSU, mobo, or CPU.

What are the system specs (make and model)? Do you have other parts you can borrow to test with? Do you have the mobo out of the case? (Sometimes things can shift a little and short something out.)

My specs are
MOBO : M5A78L-M LX3 ASUS
GPU : Radeon 7850 2gb Sapphire
CPU : Fx-4100 amd bulldozer 4 x 3.2ghz
RAM : 4gb 1 stick
PSU : Alpine 700W
HDD : I got no idea only know that its 400gb

I gave my pc to a known pc guy and his diagnose was that the one 4-pin power port that goes from psu to motherboard is burnt, he said it is the psu fault. He also said if I get another psu and somehow manage to plug the 4 pin back in the same slot as it basicly melted half of the other plastic cord ending into it. So I managed to scrape the excess melted plastic from the slot on my mobo and as soon as i get a new psu i will tell you guys if it worked, he also said if that is not going to help then the mobo is fried too and if that doesnt work the cpu goes with them. rip I hope its the psu only.
