Monitor not displaying anything

So I decided to buy 2x4gb 2133MHz of ram to add to my 2400MHz( on cpuid said I had 2133) and i added a little more thermal paste. Now when I turn the computer on everything works and all leds come on but the monitor doesn’t display anything. I checked cpu pins they are fine, also didn’t put a lot of thermal paste either. Wondering if my different ram MHz would be the case but I read that I should be able to run fine. But even when I have the same ram in, it still displays nothing on screen. Please help

Did you try a CMOS reset of the motherboard? This will set the BIOS back to factory default.

I tried resetting cmos(removed it for a minute) still no display but everything works fine
