Monitor not displaying, rear case fan not working

Had blue screens of death for a whole day so i figured it had something to do with the motherboard. Removed cpu cooler to clean and reapply thermal paste, and also took out a fan at the top cuz i figured it was taking some airflow. Reseated the ram aswell, plugged everything back in and it doesn’t display anything on the monitor and my rear case fan stopped working (never touched it during this whole process). Tried both dvi and hdmi and neither will display an image. My mouse also isn’t working when plugged into a usb, although it works when i plug it into my laptop. Need to go over the setup again, make sure everything is plugged in. Not much we can check over the internet. System worked, you took things apart, then did not start, not much to go on aside from you did not put things back properly. Or something was damaged when you did the work.

Ok so I I checked and reseated the cpu, now the pc turns on then turns off repeatedly, the rear fan works now however (positives lol).
