Question Monitor not working

I have a Sony SDM-S95AR LCD display. When I plug it in and connect to PC, display switches between black and white screens every a few seconds.
Any idea what could be wrong with it and can it be fixed?

Could be anything from the cable to the monitor connection pins/port to the monitor itself to what you are connecting it to. Start testing each path of the signal and see where issue is. If you know the cable and the system it's connected to is good, replace the monitor.
