Monitor Pixelated Problem

After i play games like crysis 3,etc on my hd 7770 enabled pc that is when i take my computer ,the display seems to be pixelated that is pixels seems to move.My Monitor is Dell IN2020mb?Is it os related
My os is win8
Even when i am playing games for eg crysis 3 that is when a white screen comes i can see some pixels running

CPU-Intel Core i3 3210@3.2ghz
PSU-Cooler Master Thunder 450w

I'm connecting my monitor's vga cable to a dvi to vga adaptor on the graphics card

I think Servicing my monitor is the only solution
