Like this, I have a monitor and a TV. The TV is connected via HDMI to the graphics, and the monitor via VGA to the same graphics. Everything used to work normally until I plugged the USB from the charger into the computer, and my main monitor stopped working. And when I go to display settings in windows, it shows me tv and monitor, and the monitor doesn't throw me a picture. Is the problem because of the usb I inserted or? Windows 10 shows me that my monitor is turned on..

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Make and model of your TV and monitor?

Everything used to work normally until I plugged the USB from the charger into the computer, and my main monitor stopped working.
Please elaborate.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

I'd also try and take the monitor that seems to be non functional and tether it to a donor system or laptop to see if it get's display input.
