Hi all, I've been on this mini journey on purchasing a new monitor. For background my main uses of my PC are games (Grand Strategy and RPGs are my favs) and programming and I'll be upgrading from a vg27aq, I also have an Nvidia card. I've decided against OLED as I hate the idea of burn-in after a short period of time, I like things I buy to last. I have decided on Ultrawides as I believe the horizontal space would be a boon in both the games I play and in coding. I have narrowed my choices down to the R45w-30, XR343CKP, and the 45GR65DC-B.
Lenovo Legion R45w-30:
Pros:
170hz
5120 x 1440 while also 45in (better PPI than 49in versions)
KVM for possible second computer/server (less important since putty exists)
HDMI 2.1
3 USB 3.2
Cons:
Most expensive of lineup ($759USD after student discount)
Not many reviews and mostly unseen online
8 bit color (Haven't experience 10 bit though, not sure if it's a issue honestly, for the price I think it should be 10 bit)
VA panel
Acer Nitro XR343CKP:
Pros:
180hz
cheapest ($500 no discounts)
2 USB 3.1
KVM
IPS
Most reviews of screens I'm comparing
Cons:
Smallest of the 3
Unsure of picture quality compared to the others, could be the worst
Unsure of Gsync compatibility, some reviews say yes, some say no

LG UltraGear 45GR65DC-B:
Pros:

5120 x 1440 while also 45in (better PPI than 49in versions)
2 USB 3.0
HDMI 2.1
10 bit
$641 after savings and tax
Cons:
Not many reviews and mostly unseen online
No kvm
VA panel
I appreciate anyone's help or suggestions, thanks!
