So I literally bought this entire setup yesterday at bestbuy. I purchased an ASUS VG245H monitor as well as this

CyberPowerPC. Now after installing Windows 10, everything works perfectly fine for around 10-30 minutes, never lasting over an hour. The monitor will randomly go black and the keyboard and mouse LEDs turn off. The computer itself is still on and the fans are still going. The first thing I tried to do was turn the monitor off and then back on, but this time the screen had turned green instead. I could still press the buttons on the monitor and edit things, such as changing the screen type. The only way I found that would fix this problem was to completely shut off the computer and once it started up again, everything would work perfectly until the screen went black again. I have no idea as to what is wrong or if the problem lies with the monitor or the computer. I am using an HDMI cable that is firmly plugged in. Every wire and anything used in this computer is brand new and right out of the box.
Also, this will happen whenever, not while I'm just playing a game. It happened on the home screen while I was downloading LoL.

I believe the monitor also came with a disc. It has Gigabyte at the top, says Ultra Durable on the right and on the left it says Ultradurable Motherboard then AMD AM3+ series Utilities. Then a list of things below it. I haven't installed it since the computer doesn't come with anything I can put the disc inside of.

I have the same EXACT same problem with two small differences. I have a 50" TV from 2003 as my monitor and it only happens to me when I am gaming. Mouse and keyboard turn off. My TV screen says lost of signal and i need to hard reboot my computer and it works just fine. I thought maybe it was my TV or my older RX 460. If you are having the same problem perhaps the devil is in the details somewhere... Like too high of refresh rate for the TV/Monitor or too many frames or something. I am bookmarking this page cause i was about to spend $350 bux on a new monitor to try and fix the problem but if it can happen to monitors as well, then sheeeet. I hope someone can help those of us with this unique problem.

I have found a couple solutions that have helped some and not others so i have a little hope for us :).

"Its a bug in the amd drivers with some monitors, stop your monitor going into standby in power options and turn your monitor off manually when your away for a bit of time."

I found this by going to settings, system, power and sleep, additional power settings (under related settings), and change plan settings, then under display.

That one has worked for me so far but its only been a day. another one i have yet to try but it did work for some peeps.

"I fixed this problem by using MSI After Burner and in the settings selecting "Start with Windows" and "Force consistent voltage"."

to me that means its a GPU issue instead of a monitor issue...but i no smart 😉

and lastly there is the obvious, update or reinstall AMD drivers or mobo drivers, but that's the answer to any issue ever. hope one of these can help!
Best Of Luck

I found something that has worked for me i believe. I gamed at max setting for me PC for a few hours and nothing bad yet. In my radeon settings, (not afterburner) i went to Display and turned off "Virtual Super Resolution". seems to have worked so far. :)
