Monitor refuse to turn on

I recently bought the GTX 650 second hand, and I have done every thing imaginable to try and get it working and still no result. I have plugged my monitor into the gpu, into the motherboard, uninstalled old drivers and still no result, pls help

My motheboard is the Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-HD2

Take the card completely out and plug into the motherboard. If it turns on, its the GPU, if it doesn't its something else.

Perhaps you bought a defective card? You are aware that GPU requires a 400W PSU, right?

yh thanks mate, but I have gotten it working, I had to sort some stuff out in the BIOS

I'm fine now, thanks all for the help, I had to select PCI in the Bios for displays
