Monitor repair on button repair

My dell SE198WPF has a faulty on/off switch it is unable ti turn on. the two ajacent buttons next to it seem to have the same problem they are somewhat dented in. how would i go abouts this?

Nothing special to do there, you need to fix it. I am guessing if you are asking here, you can't do it yourself, bring it to a computer shop and have them fix it. Or take the system apart and check the buttons yourself, you should be able to find some instructions online on how to take your model apart.
