Question Monitor Resolution is Broken

So after I install Gamehouse Games Collection, I played a couple of games then shut my computer down. When I turned it on again, the resolution became shit. Everything is too zoomed in and no way it can fix itself to normal. Icons became too big that there are only two per column. The options on the taskbar where enlarged as well. Everything was too oversized, leaving no space and some parts unaccesaible due to it being out of the range of the monitor. When I tried to adjust the resolution, it just shows that the resolution is normal, despite of what I am seeing. So I turned it off and on again, with no avail of progress. So I reset it, uninstalling the games I assumed caused this havoc. Even after that, the resolution is broken. Is it possible to fix this?

Update: It wasn't fixed yet. When I turned it on again, the screen turns black and the mouse cursor is enlarged too much.

system spec? sound like the gpu using the basic microsoft driver.
